The music industry...any aspect

How is it that people with either no talent, or barely any talent can make it in the music industry and people with so much talent it makes you want to cry cant even get a gig in a local bar? Is it talent? Is it looks? You dont see too many "ugly" bands these days. Why is it that every country in the world can accept "ugly" but talented bands, but Americans cant? well is it really the Americans or the people behind the curtain? if all that is put out for Americans to see, hear, purchase is all these non or semi talented good looking people then that's all that will be liked....hmmm, time to take it back folks! We're being brain washed into eye candy only and not "real" music by talented people, once again looks will get you everything, lord help us ugly or average folks!
